No! Not all power bank can charged a laptop. Some power banks are specifically made only for phones and don’t have enough power to charge a laptop. In other to power a laptop, a power bank must have these things:
• The power bank must have a high battery capacity. This is due to laptops requires a lot of power to run efficiently.
• The power bank must have an output voltage between 18v, 19v – 20volts. Not only do laptops require high current to charge but also high voltage too. Phones require only 5volts to charge while laptops require 18v – 20v.
• The power bank output port must support either a DC laptop connector pins, a USB-C Power Delivery (PD) or even an AC outlet.
